新登記客戶

用手機或桌上電腦瀏覽 moov-music.com網頁,按「換領序號」。
Go to moov-music.com via mobile or desktop and redemption code.

輸入「換領序號」,然後按「下一步」。
Enter the redemption code and click “Next”.

以Facebook ,Apple ID或電郵登入,並輸入個人資料。
Use Facebook, Apple ID or email address to login and input the personal data.

成功建立新帳戶。
The account is created successfully.


已有MOOV帳戶

以手機App 進入:

登入MOOV帳戶後,於「設定」,然後按「換領序號」。
Login MOOV account and click redemption code under Setting.

輸入「換領序號」,然後按「繼續」。
Enter Redemption Code and click “Next”.

音樂服務到期日會於帳戶內顯示,按「確認」立即使用服務。
The music service period will be displayed in your account. And you can use the service now.


此優惠的條款及條件:
  1. 此MOOV 音樂服務二重奏的優惠期有限及只適用於指定屋苑新申請安裝含最少24個月承諾期的指定網上行寬頻服務之新客戶(即於申請日起計過去3個月其服務安裝地址未有安裝過任何網上行/LiKE1OO寬頻服務),並訂購指定個月承諾期的指定網上行寬頻服務及MOOV 音樂服務二重奏(已包括2個MOOV 賬戶)之增值服務,兩者服務承諾期為24個月。由服務計劃成功登記之日起計算,於承諾期內持績使用服務,並於申請日期起的30日內完成安裝(如適用)方可享此優惠。成功申請優惠的客戶,將於寬頻服務成功後1-2個星期內透過短訊收到2個MOOV換領序號即可立即兌換MOOV 音樂服務。
  2. 此優惠適用於 MOOV 音樂服務的新使用者、MOOV 14 天試用優惠的現有使用者、任何 MOOV 音樂服務的前使用者以及之前終止任何 MOOV 服務計劃的使用者。此優惠不適用於第三方付款平台 (如iOS平台上的iTunes或 Android平台上的Google Play) 付款。
  3. NETVIGATOR寬頻服務及MOOV 音樂服務二重奏的承諾期以成功安裝寬頻服務之日起開始,無論您是否已兌換或激活服務計劃,兩項服務均於MOOV 音樂服務二重奏連兌換碼當日開始(定義見下文),除非我們另行通知。
  4. 承諾期開始的兩周內(與寬頻服務安裝日期相同,如適用),您會收到兩個MOOV 音樂服務兌換碼的短訊到您註冊的手機號碼。
  5. MOOV 音樂服務二重奏提供的為24個月合約期的MOOV 24 bit音樂服務,及兩個MOOV 賬戶。
  6. 不論您是否激活兌換碼,MOOV 音樂服務二重奏的收費將於網上行寬頻服務激活服務之日起開始收費。不論任何情況,MOOV 音樂服務二重奏的任何收費均不予退還。
  7. 如您提早終止音樂服務二重奏的合約,您需支付提前終止費用,費用為MOOV 音樂服務二重奏的$116月費乘承諾期餘下月數(若不足一個月將被視為一整月計算) 。

  10. MOOV音樂服務二重奏可於moov-music.com網站或MOOV手機App憑序號換領。如您從未使用MOOV服務,您必須登記 MOOV帳戶方可換領音樂服務。如您已登記MOOV帳戶,請先登入MOOV服務,再於您帳戶內使用兌換碼激活音樂服務。 換領手續請參考「如何換領」指示。
  11. 兌換碼必須在兌換通知發出日起 14 天內激活。否則,兌換碼將在 14 天期限後自動失效。若您將無法激活MOOV 音樂服務二重奏,您將不會以任何方式予以補償。如您在收到兌換短信的當天未能激活代碼,服務期限將被縮短。
  12. MOOV音樂服務及兌換碼只可於香港使用,不能用作兌換現金、不得退還或轉售。
  13. 在MOOV音樂服務二重奏的承諾期結束時,如果 (a) 我們沒有收到您關於音樂服務二重奏的任何有效書面終止請求;或 (b) 您未續簽現有合約,也未就音樂服務二重奏簽訂任何具有新承諾期的新合同,我們將繼續根據現有的合約向您提供服務並按月支付音樂服務二重奏的費用,費用會按照我們根據您現有合同為音樂服務二重奏指定的現有月費(沒有承諾期),直到您至少提前 30 日書面通知我們終止音樂服務二重奏。
  14. 如您對換領手續或兌換碼的適用性有任何查詢,請發送電郵至moovcs@moov-music.com。
  15. 您應自行保管兌換碼,如有任何遺失或遭人盜用,HKT及Moov HK不會就此負責或作出任何賠償或補發任何兌換碼。
  16. 音樂服務二重奏為本公司根據MOOV服務條款及條件提供,詳情請見https://general.moov.hk/tnc/apptnc.html 。您換領、啟動或登記本服務計劃,即表示您同意接受MOOV條款及條件及本條款及條件的約束。兩份條款及條件如有任何衝突,以本條款及條件為準。
  17. 如就音樂服務二重奏、MOOV音樂服務或兌換碼有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。
  18. 在法律容許的最大範圍內,HKT及Moov HK將不對您承擔任何因您參與音樂服務二重奏而引起或有關的任何直接、間接、特殊、附帶、示範、懲罰或衍生之損害(包括效用、數據、業務或利潤的損失),無論是否基于合約、保證、侵權行為(包括疏忽)、絕對法律責任或其他,及無論您是否曾經被告知可能會產生有關損失或損害。
  19. 您同意音樂服務二重奏及本條款及條件受香港法律約束並按其詮釋及執行,並且不受法律衝突原則管制。任何及全部有關或因音樂服務二重奏及本條款及條件而產生的訴訟、索賠或法律程序必須提交至香港具有司法管轄權的法院。
  20. 音樂服務二重奏如有更改,恕不另行通知。HKT及/或Moov HK可隨時更改本服務計劃之任何條款或條件而不另行通知。
  21. 如任何人士違反或未能遵守本條款及條件,HKT及/或Moov HK有權在任何時候取消其參加音樂服務二重奏的資格。
Terms and Conditions of this Offer
  1. This offer of “MOOV Premium Duo Music Service " is only available to new (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR or LiKE1OO Broadband Service at any time in the past 3 months from the application date) of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service who have successfully subscribed to designated NETVIGATOR Broadband Service with MOOV Premium Duo Music Service (including 2 MOOV accounts) as Extra Service, both with a 24-month commitment period. Installation for the broadband service, if applicable, must be successfully completed within 30 days from the application date.
  2. This offer is available to new subscribers of MOOV music service, current subscribers of the MOOV 14-days trial offer, former subscribers of any MOOV music service and former subscribers who had previously terminated any MOOV service plan. This offer is not available to subscribers who pay via any third party payment platforms (for example, iTunes on iOS or Google Play on Android).
  3. Unless we advise otherwise, the commitment period for both the NETVIGATOR Broadband Service and the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service shall commence on the date of successful installation of the broadband service, on which day both services shall commence, whether you have redeemed / activated the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service with the Redemption Code(s) (defined below) or not.
  4. Within 2 weeks from the commencement of the commitment period (which usually falls on the same date as the broadband service installation, if applicable), you will receive 2 redemption codes (“Redemption Code(s)”) of MOOV Premium Duo Music Service via SMS (“Redemption Notice”) to your registered mobile phone number.
  5. MOOV Premium Duo Music Service offers MOOV 24 bit Music Service, for 2 accounts, with a 24-month commitment period.
  6. The service fee for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service, whether you have redeemed / activated the service with the Redemption Code(s) or not, shall be charged from the commencement date of the commitment period. No refund will be made for any fees paid for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service under any circumstances.
  7. If you terminate the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service before the expiry of the commitment period, you shall be liable to pay an Early Termination Charge equivalent to the monthly service fee at $116 for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service multiplying the remaining month(s) of commitment period (whereby less than one month will be deemed to be one full month for calculation purpose).

  8. Other Terms and Conditions:

  9. The MOOV Premium Duo Music Service and the Redemption Codes are provided by Moov (Hong Kong) Limited (“Moov HK”).
  10. The MOOV Premium Duo Music Service can be redeemed with the Redemption Code at the website moov-music.com or the MOOV app. If you have not previously used MOOV service, you must register a MOOV account in order to redeem the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service. If you have already registered a MOOV account, please login to MOOV service and activate the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service via your MOOV account with the Redemption Codes.
  11. The Redemption Codes must be activated within 14 days from the sent date of the Redemption Notice, failing which they will expire automatically after that 14-day period and you will not be able to activate the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service and you will not be compensated in any way. If you fail to activate the Redemption Code(s) on the day you receive the redemption SMS, the service period will be shortened.
  12. MOOV music service and the Redemption Codes can only be used in Hong Kong and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold.
  13. At the end of the commitment period of the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service, if (a) we have not received any valid written termination request of the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service from you; or (b) you have not renewed your existing Contract nor entered into any new contract in respect of the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service with a new commitment period, we will continue to provide the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service to you under the existing Contract on a month-to-month basis subject to payment of the charges for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service at our prevailing month-to-month rate (without commitment period) specified for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service based on your existing Contract (save for the charges) until you terminate the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service by giving us at least 30 days' advance written notice.
  14. If you have any enquiry in relation to the redemption procedure or the Redemption Codes, please email moovcs@moov-music.com.
  15. Please store your Redemption Codes properly and safely. Neither HKT nor Moov HK shall be responsible to provide compensation or reissue any Redemption Code in the event any Redemption Code is lost or misappropriated.
  16. The MOOV Premium Duo Music Service is provided by Moov HK, subject to Moov HK’s relevant terms and conditions. Please visit https://general.moov.hk/tnc/apptnc.html for details. By registering with Moov music service and/or by redeeming and/or activating the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service, you agree to the terms and conditions herein, as well as Moov HK’s relevant terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between the two sets of terms and conditions, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail.
  17. In case of any dispute regarding the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service, MOOV music service or the Redemption Codes, HKT and/or Moov HK reserve(s) the right of final decision.
  18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will HKT or Moov HK be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damager (including loss of use, data, business or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  19. You agree that the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service and these terms and conditions are governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service and/or these terms and conditions must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
  20. The MOOV Premium Duo Music Service is subject to change without notice. HKT and/or Moov HK may change any terms or conditions related to the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service at any time without notice.
  21. If any person violates or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, HKT and/or Moov HK reserve(s) the right to disqualify his/her eligibility for the MOOV Premium Duo Music Service at any time, without prejudice to any other rights HKT and/or Moov HK may have under the Contract or otherwise.
