MOOV 16 bit 音樂服務12個月合約計劃 (Mox卡客戶享) (「本服務計劃」) 條款及條件:
  1. 本服務計劃推廣期由即日至2021年12月31日為止,包括首尾兩天 (「推廣期」)。
  2. 在推廣期內,持有特定Mox卡的客戶 (「合資格客戶」) 可透過指定網址以優惠價港幣468元訂購12個月MOOV 16 bit音樂服務,服務承諾期為12個月 ,由本服務計劃成功登記之日起計算(「服務承諾期」)。服務承諾期完結後,本服務計劃會自動終止及不會自動收費。
  3. 本服務計劃適用於新登記客戶、已終止MOOV所有服務的登記客戶及曾登記使用MOOV音樂服務者,唯現有MOOV服務客戶需先自行終止原有服務計劃或待原有服務計劃結束後才可登記。
  4. 本服務計劃提供線上音樂服務,MOOV服務通過互聯網向用戶傳送歌曲及音樂影像。MOOV電腦版本不提供16 bit音樂質素,亦不設歌曲、音樂影像及其他服務內容下載。MOOV App (iOS及Android版) 提供128kps, 320kps 及16 bit音樂質素,設有歌曲下載及離線收聽,但僅於訂購服務期內有效。使用MOOV App有可能衍生流動數據費用,詳情請向您的相關電話網絡供應商查詢。
  5. 合資格客戶必須以特定Mox卡支付本服務計劃費用。
  6. 本服務計劃的客戶須於登記本服務計劃時一次性繳付本服務計劃的12個月費用(共港幣468元)。任何在終止服務前已繳付的服務費用將不獲退還。
  7. 本服務計劃為本公司根據MOOV服務條款及條件提供,詳情請見https://general.moov.hk/tnc/apptnc.html 。客戶登記、使用及/或啟動本服務計劃,即表示客戶同意接受MOOV條款及條件及本條款及條件的約束。兩份條款及條件如有任何衝突,以本條款及條件為準。

Terms and Conditions of MOOV 16 bit Music Service Plan with a 12 month commitment period (Mox Cardholders Promotion) (“Service Plan”):
  1. The promotion period of the Service Plan runs from now until December 31, 2021, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. During the Promotion Period, designated Mox Cardholders (“Eligible Subscribers”) can subscribe at the designated website to 12 months of the MOOV 16 bit music service plan at a promotional price of HK$468, with a 12-month commitment period (“Commitment Period”). The Commitment Period commences on the date of successful registration of the Service Plan. Upon expiry of the Commitment Period, no further fee will be charged and the Service Plan will be terminated automatically.
  3. The Service Plan is applicable for new subscribers, former subscribers of any MOOV music service, subscribers who had previously terminated any MOOV service plan, and current subscribers of any MOOV music service. Current subscribers of any MOOV music service will not be eligible to subscribe to the Service Plan until they have terminated their existing service plan, or after the expiry of their existing service plan.
  4. The Service Plan provides music streaming services through delivering music tracks and music videos on the internet. MOOV PC version does not provide 16 bit quality for streaming, nor does it provide download service of music tracks, music videos and other music content. MOOV App (iOS and Android) provides 128kps, 320kps and 16 bit quality, and allows music download and offline listening which are only valid for use during the subscription period. You may incur mobile data charges for using MOOV App, please contact your mobile network providers for more details.
  5. Eligible Subscribers must pay the fees for the Service Plan with the designated Mox Card.
  6. Subscribers shall pay a one-off 12-month fee for the Service Plan (a total of HK$468) upon registration for the Service Plan. No refund will be made for any fees paid for the service under any circumstances.
  7. The Service Plan is provided by our Company subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please visit https://general.moov.hk/tnc/apptnc.html for details. By registering, using and/or activating the Service Plan, you agree to the terms and conditions herein, as well as our Company’s relevant terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between the two sets of terms and conditions, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail.
  8. The Service Plan is only valid for use in Hong Kong. Please refer to website https://helpcentre.moov-music.com for computer and mobile device system requirements.

  10. The Service Plan is subject to change without notice. Our Company may change any terms or conditions related to the Service Plan at any time without notice.
  11. If any person violates or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, our Company reserves the right to disqualify his/her eligibility for the Service Plan at any time.
  12. Our Company reserves the right of final decision over any matters related to the Service Plan.
  13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

MOOV 24 bit 音樂服務12個月合約服務計劃 (Mox卡客戶享) (「本服務計劃」)條款及條件:
  1. 本服務計劃推廣期由即日至2021年12月31日為止,包括首尾兩天 (「推廣期」)。
  2. 在推廣期內,持有特定Mox卡的客戶 (「合資格客戶」) 可透過指定網址 以優惠價港幣678元訂購12個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務,服務承諾期為12個月 ,由本服務計劃成功登記之日起計算。
  3. 本服務計劃適用於新登記客戶、MOOV 14天免費試玩服務計劃現有客戶、指定MOOV 16 bit服務計劃現有客戶、曾經終止/被終止任何MOOV服務的登記客戶,及曾登記使用任何MOOV音樂服務者。MOOV 24 bit服務計劃現有客戶需先自行終止原有服務計劃或待原有服務計劃結束後才可登記本服務計劃。
  4. 如申請本服務計劃客戶為MOOV 16 bit音樂服務現有客戶, 本服務計劃申請成功後, MOOV 16 bit服務計劃會即時終止, 已付款及未使用 的MOOV 16 bit 音樂服務剩餘日數將自動保存。當所有24 bit 音樂服務終止後,終止的MOOV 16 bit音樂服務剩餘的日數將可繼續使用。
  5. 本服務計劃的服務合約期限由計劃生效日起計算滿12個月為止。12個月合約期完結後服務將自動終止,不會自動續展或收取任何其他費用。
  6. 本服務計劃不適用於第三方付款平台 (如iOS平台上的iTunes或 Android平台上的Google Play) 付款。
  7. 本服務計劃提供線上音樂服務,通過互聯網傳送歌曲及音樂影像。MOOV 電腦版本不提供16 bit及24 bit音樂質素,亦不設歌曲、音樂影像及其他服務內容下載。MOOV App (iOS及Android版) 提供128kps, 320kps, 16 bit 及24 bit音樂質素,設有歌曲下載及離線收聽,但僅於訂購期內有效。使用MOOV App有可能衍生流動數據費用,詳情請向您的電話網絡供應商查詢。

Terms and Conditions of MOOV 24 bit Music Service Plan with a 12 month commitment period (Mox Cardholders Promotion) (“Service Plan”):
  1. The promotion period of the service plan runs from now until December 31, 2021, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
  2. During the Promotion Period, designated Mox Cardholders (“Eligible Subscribers”) can subscribe at the designated website to 12 months of the MOOV 24 bit music service plan at a promotional price of HK$678, with a 12-month commitment period (“Commitment Period”). The Commitment Period commences on the date of successful registration of the Service Plan.
  3. The Service Plan is applicable for new subscribers, current subscribers of the MOOV 14-days trial offer, current designated subscribers of the MOOV 16 bit service plan, former subscribers of any MOOV music service and subscribers who had previously terminated any MOOV service plan. Current subscribers of the MOOV 24 bit music service plan will not be eligible to subscribe to the Service Plan until they have terminated their existing service plan, or after the expiry of their existing service plan.
  4. For existing subscribers of the MOOV 16 bit music service plan, their existing subscription to MOOV 16 bit music service plan which has been paid for will cease immediately upon successful subscription to the Service Plan and the residual period for their MOOV 16 bit music service plan will be automatically retained. Upon termination of the Service Plan, the residual period for the MOOV 16 bit music service plan shall resume automatically thereafter.
  5. Services under the Service Plan shall be provided for a period of 12 months, starting from the commencement of the Commitment Period. Upon expiry of the Commitment Period, the Service Plan will be terminated automatically. The Service Plan will not be renewed automatically and no further fee will be charged.
  6. The Service Plan is not available to subscribers who pay via any third party payment platforms (for example, iTunes on iOS or Google Play on Android).
